Work Experience of the Founder

Yasi Pacou was born and raised in Karlsruhe.

Early Career (2007 – 2019):

Her professional journey began in customer support at an automated hedge fund firm in Frankfurt, where she discovered her passion for technology and design. This inspired her to venture into web design, creating her first websites—back then still using HTML—in Cologne and Berlin. She later gained experience as a lecturer in product design in Asia. Following that, she spent three years deepening her expertise as a Product Manager in the apps and gaming sector in Germany.

Leadership Roles (2019 – 2022):

As a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, and Release Train Engineer (RTE), she guided agile, hybrid, and digital transformations in corporations and institutions while working at the world’s largest IT consulting firm, based in Vienna. Her responsibilities included corporate restructuring, conducting Big Room Plannings, workshops, and training sessions—both on-site and online. Through her work, she helped teams develop more efficient workflows, set goals, and achieve them successfully.

Entrepreneurship (since 2022):

Since May 2022, she has been channeling her experience and passion as the founder of a consulting and training company. With 17 years of experience, her company helps organizations with 50 to 10,000 employees establish modern structures and processes within just three to six months—enabling sustainable profit growth within 12 to 18 months.

According to my Gallup personality test, adaptability, achievement orientation, and positivity are among my strengths. These qualities enable me to navigate confidently in dynamic environments and build sustainable, trustworthy relationships.

I am aware that I sometimes tend to respond in a direct and emotional way. However, I use this trait deliberately to foster clear, open, and honest communication.

Detailed, meticulous tasks, such as correcting spelling errors, are definitely not among my strengths. My strength lies in seeing the bigger picture: understanding complex interconnections, technical systems, and deep psychological questions.
